Our business will remain open as normal!

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your continued loyalty and support over the last few months since we were able to start trading normally again.

In the light of the announcement by the Prime Minister on Saturday 31st October, I wanted to update you on our plans for the next few weeks starting on Thursday 5th November.

Our business will remain open as normal as it is essential that we keep you all operational with the supply of consumables and service support. Sales of hardware and software will again continue to operate as normal.

With regards to any call and collect items, i.e. toner etc, from our premises, we will be delighted to assist you as before providing you have prearranged the visit via e-mail or telephone call.  The one slight change to the way this will operate in the short term is that you will collect from our car park at the front of the building.

It has been our intention all along to conform with the Government Covid-19 ruling and as such the office and warehouse is regularly checked to ensure that we remain Covid secure and compliant. Always, of course, our first responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

The sales teams are on hand to assist you and handle all aspects of purchasing or renting of new or used MF devices.  We can offer Zoom/Teams/Video calls and telephone appointments, please do feel free to make contact with us to discuss any potential upgrade opportunities or office Covid compliant strategies.
